Hi! I'm DeRamus.

I started photography over 12 years ago when my kids began playing sports. Following them from the bleachers with my phone was fine when they were little peewees — but as they got older and better, it was time for a real camera. From that point on, the sports fanatic in me was hooked. Breakaways to the goal, an amazing diving catch, a flip captured midair — I was getting them all.

Once my kids found their sports, I dug in. Learned the positions, studied how players move, even picked up a few plays. I moved out of the stands and onto the sideline. Then a parent said something that stuck with me: "I have all the team photos and posed shots, but I can't get action photos — my phone just doesn't reach." I felt that in my soul. That's why I do this.

Every athlete deserves to see themselves in the game. And parents deserve to hold that moment in memory forever.

Want action shots of your athlete this season? I'd love to be on the sideline for your next game.
